On Thursday, May 10, 2012, Harry Potter fans screamed with delight when it was announced that The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is coming to Universal Studios Japan in late 2014. The announcement was made by Universal Studios Japan, in partnership with Warner Bros. and Universal Parks & Resorts. James and Oliver Phelps, who played the roles of Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter film series, were on-hand for the announcement.
